Job Description

  • Organize and update data within the system.
  • Data quality check.
  • Identify and suggest possible system enhancements.
  • Meet tasks deadlines.
  • Interact with all departments necessary within the organization to resolve tasks in a timely and Professional manner.
  • Drive agreed outcomes.
  • Maintain agreed internal service levels.
  • Update all internal systems to properly track task performance.
  • Track and report issues related to the tasks.
  • Process all data with quality and professionalism.
  • Complete and achieve all other assigned goals in relation to the position.

Qualifications

  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage client expectations.
  • Innovative problem-solving methods to help our customers improve their systems.
  • Proactivity.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Additional Information

  • This is a fixed-term contract for a duration of 4 months, created to support a dedicated project.
  • Contract of employment .
  • Extra holiday day on your first-year work anniversary – up to 5 days for 5 years at Shiji.
