Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager- India, Middle East to oversee marketing activities in India and Middle East territories. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and market penetration for Shiji's core products: Shiji PMS, POS, and other Shiji solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan for the India and Middle East market, aligning with global marketing objectives and local market needs.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to tailor strategies that resonate with regional audiences.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and key messaging for Shiji PMS, POS, and ReviewPro.
  • Work closely with product teams to create and localize marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the sales team to review the leads’ quality, status and ensure they are equipped with the latest product information and marketing assets
  • Collaborate with global marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, SEO, SEM) to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Regularly review regional ABM campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing, ensuring high ROI.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency and share best practices.
  • Work with external agencies, media partners, and local influencers to amplify Shiji’s presence in the region.
  • Coordinate Shiji’s participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences within the India and Middle East regions.
  • Organize webinars, customer workshops, and partner events to engage prospects and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality technology or SaaS industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the India and Middle East markets, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Excellent business communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in product marketing, digital campaigns, and event management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinker with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to travel when required
