Our Integration Project team is growing, and we are looking for a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be one of the key players in managing communication and planning throughout the integration process. You will be involved from start to finish, facilitating and maintaining the necessary information to onboard new partners onto the Shiji Enterprise Platform (PMS). On the projects, you will partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of various deliverables. 

Job Description

Responsibilities  

  • Project Planning, maintaining and progress tracking  
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. 
  • Update dashboards (Jira) to keep stakeholders informed of project progress 
  • Partner onboarding and communication support within the certification process 
  • Create and maintain a partner profile with all relevant information  
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring that projects remain within scope and schedule 
  • Documentation and Reporting 
  • Manage project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored 
  • Maintain performance metrics 
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects 

Qualifications

  • Organizational and communication skills 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Proactive problem-solver 
  • English on a high level 
  • Hospitality knowledge is advantage 
  • General knowledge about cloud systems
