As a UI/UX Designer, you will work alongside the rest of the design team, defining user-centered interfaces for web applications. Your role will involve executing all stages of the visual design process, including initial concept development, design iterations, and presentation to the team and clients. You will create low and high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts, ensuring that the designs meet Shiji ReviewPro brand standards, while applying design principles such as visual weight, colour theory, balance, and typography, with a hight focus on usability and accessibility.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams in regular meetings and contribute within the design team. 
• Conduct user research, benchmark analyses of competitors to inform design decisions, identify usability issues and potential workflow enhancements and ensure a user-centric approach. 
• Translate requirements into intuitive visual deliverables, including wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes, ensuring alignment with the established design system and technical documentation. 
• Gather feedback from product, account management or clients to improve our prototypes iteratively, incorporating technical documentation and use cases. 
• Propose and document new UI components, ensuring alignment with the design system. 
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that user needs and pain points are addressed effectively in the final product.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as Product Design, Interactive Design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar.
• A passion for design and user experience.
• Expert in creating interaction design solutions for app and web.
• Proficiency to produce engaging, branded and high fidelity product displays.
• Familiar with working with design systems that scale consistently across platforms.
• Expertise with visual design software such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe pack.
• To speak confidently about your work, communicate project ideas and progress to different audiences (technical, management, customers) and apply feedback when given.
• Ability to work collaboratively and as part of design and product team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
• High analytical skills and data-driven mentality.

• Nice to have too:
• Technical knowledge that lets you understand how the product is developed.
• Earlier experience working in B2B2C or B2B product and/or productivity software.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
