Job Description

To support our Shiji ReviewPro team, the world-leader in Guest Intelligence Solutions for the Hospitality Industry, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to promote and support the growth of Shiji ReviewPro's Guest Intelligence solutions across the hospitality and tourism industry in the DACH market. The candidate will also focus on raising the profile of Shiji ReviewPro in the region by working with partners and key industry stakeholders.

The candidate will have in-depth knowledge of business development and sales techniques, sales methodology, and a can-do attitude.

What you’ll do

  • Business generation for the DACH market
  • Ensuring a healthy and updated pipeline
  • Responsible for the whole sales process: prospecting, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
  • Defining the sales strategy for the assigned market
  • Execution of the defined strategy
  • Ownership of the assigned KPIs and goals

Qualifications

  • Native German
  • Fluent in English
  • +3 years in sales
  • Results driven and autonomous.
  • A “Can do” attitude.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage prospects/clients’ expectations.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and drive change.
  • Curiosity to learn about our solutions and educate our prospects and clients.
  • Deep hotel & hospitality industry knowledge and very good understanding of Cloud/SaaS business and B2B dynamics
