Based in the company's headquarters in Barcelona, you'll work closely with our CS OPS and Analytics teams to transform raw data into actionable insights. This position is an exciting opportunity for a young, multilingual professional who is interested in business administration. The internship involves 3 departments (finance/customer success/cs operations) and as a part of the program you will be trained by all of them. This is a unique chance to participate in rotational program and to explore different fields.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect and process data from multiple sources
• Create visualizations and dashboards
• Perform basic statistical analyses
• Support senior analysts
• Working proactively with the customer success team on pipeline reviews to ensure timely updates
• Processing Renewals contracts and releasing of renewals orders
• Driving increase of renewal value by improving company renewals KPIs Requirements
 

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Studying a bachelor's in data, Business Analytics or similar field
• Possibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
