Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SDR to join our dynamic sales team in the hotel technology industry. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and qualifying leads. You will work closely with the sales teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of our organization.   • Prospect and generate new business opportunities by conducting outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to target hoteliers and decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Conduct research and identify key contacts within target accounts to initiate contact and build relationships.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos for the sales team by effectively communicating the value proposition of our hotel technology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and provide timely feedback to the sales team on prospect interactions and market insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our hotel tech solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record as an SDR or similar sales role in the tech industry for 1-2 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build relationships.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to confidently make cold calls and conduct discovery conversations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of leads.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and technology trends in the hospitality industry is a plus.
