Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity. Owner of country’s P&L

• Be responsible for business growth in the region and build a strong Business Development pipeline

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver company solutions.

• Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities. • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.

• Manage in-country P&L and other financial KPI’s such as receivables, cashflows, revenue and overall profitability

• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Engage and maintain strong relationships with customers /partners/vendors/suppliers

• Assess overall company performance against objectives

• Represent the company at events, conferences etc.

• Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

• Grow the local team to support business expansion

• Oversee teamwork across the region for talent retention

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven leadership in the same capacity, in the Hospitality Technology space will be beneficial

• Knowledge of Restaurant Point of Sale Technology, Hotel Property Systems Technology and Golf and Spa technologies.

• A good Degree in Business Management or relevant field will be a plus

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

• Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development

• People oriented, empathetic, and results driven

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
