Job Description

You will be a main player in the communication and planning of the integration processes. Participating from start to end in of an integration by facilitating and maintaining the information required to connect new partners to the Shiji Enterprise Platform PMS.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to discuss potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives and the development teams. Collaborate with sales and implementation teams and maintain a common knowledgebase.

Besides documenting and facilitating information, you will participate on the creation of new guidelines to improve our internal processes such as: How to request new integrations? How to display the team’s progress? Etc.

Tasks:

  • Be a main bridge between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and support the onboarding process of partners.    
  • Create the implementation plan of the integration project with the vendor.
  • Manage partner communication: keep the Integration Project pipeline up to date; create and maintain the partner profile with all relevant information.
  • Track the partner development progress: keep the project status up to date; track each projects progress by using different Project Management tools (Smartsheet / Confluence / SharePoint)  such as Project timeline and delivery dates, document partners supported features, issues and risks.  
  • Support partner certification: prepare certification documents/report, organize internal knowledge share.
  • Communication: Inform other teams about the new certifications and their status.
  • Develop, review, and improve internal implemented processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience as Project Manager in Software area
  • Experience to work in hospitality industry (ideally in the software development)
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Microsoft Office
  • Analytical skills
