Job Description

To support our ReviewPro team, we are looking for a reliable Junior Controller to manage organization’s financial aspects from cash management to corporate finance. Senior management will also rely on you to report and analyze some relevant information.

We expect candidates who are experienced in financial analytics and swear by regulations. You should also be well-informed of financial planning processes and have a strong ability to report and explain issues to your manager. The goal will be to protect the company’s finances to guarantee the long-term success of business.

 

Main responsibilities:  

  • Reconcile vendor statements monthly and prepare payment batches through bank platform. Communicate with outside vendors, department managers, and city accountants.
  • Review invoice and expenses coding for accuracy and compliance with cost report guidelines.
  • Review, update, and book expenses accruals each monthly closing.
  • Ensuring ReviewPro Cash Flow is adequate.
  • Assist accounting manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings and reports.
  • Assist accounting manager with audit purposes and wide range of projects.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting.
  • Finance Department experience, at least 4 years, with the same or similar tasks and responsibilities described above.
  • Excellent working knowledge of excel.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a must. Experience working with Navision will be a plus.
  • Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be highly collaborative and team-oriented with a hands-on approach to the planning and execution of the full spectrum of cash management activities.
  • Self-directed with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to grow.
  • Fluent or bilingual in English is required.
