To support our ReviewPro team, we are looking for a highly organized Billing specialist to join our financial team. This position is an exciting opportunity for a professional within fast growing team. This role reports directly to the Billing & Renewals Team leader and will have great visibility cross-departmentally across all functions of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervising daily invoice batch
• Processing of invoice amendments
• Approving sales orders in accordance with company policy
• Managing disputes related to payments, invoices and contract management
• Processing renewals opportunities and releasing of renewals orders
• Checking renewal orders in the system for accuracy

• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle pressure
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
• Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are appreciated 
• Microsoft Office and Excel
• Previous work experience in a similar position highly valued
• Bonus but not a must - Knowledge of SalesForce, Blulogix, Zoho
