We are looking for an Integrations Specialist to support our integration team.

• 3rd parties Integration to PMS
• Test the 3rd party’s integration on-site or/and remotely
• Cooperate with Product, Development and Operations teams
• Work with the Customers
• Create/QA and maintain Integration documentation & SOP
• Ensure that all operation and deployment members are adequately trained

• Minimum 1 year’s work experience with PMS Integrations and API
• Familiar with hotel property management systems, POS, Door locking system, TV, Internet and PBX is an advantage
• Familiar with reading, analyzing and handling various file formats XML, CSV, Json…
• Java (Open JDK) knowledge is an advanatage
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products and procedures
• Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
• Ability to quickly learn the company’s various IT solutions; and able to handle system installation
• Professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic
• Fluent in English
• Chinese is an advantage
