To support our fast-growing team, we’re looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our growing organization to oversee all aspects of our recruitment process, from the job description to the final offer. You will support business needs of our multiple subsidiaries in Europe and ensure the proper implementation of group recruitment strategy and objectives.

Job Description

  • Recruit active and passive candidates at all levels for our EMEA offices
  • Source talents, review applications and pre-screen qualified candidates
  • Use multiple recruiting sources and our recruitment tools and execute innovative recruiting strategies
  • Work closely with the Hiring Manager to define job postings
  • Give advise and be a coach to existing and new Hiring Managers
  • Be the go-to peson for our candidates and build lasting relationships and connections
  • Acompany our candidates on their onboarding
  • Take part in different HR projects based on your talents and skills

Qualifications

  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably Tech roles in a fast-paced growing company environment
  • Proven track record of full cycle recruitment
  • Experience with online sourcing tools and Applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • People oriented, empathetic, and results driven
  • Ability to adopt a creative Getting Things Done approach when recruiting hard-to-fill roles
  • Fluent in English
