For our Project Team for our PMS products Infrasys and our cloud solution Enterprise Platform we are looking for a Project Manager to assist our Spanish Team with implementation.

Job Description

  • Define the project scope and objectives and ensure that all projects are deliverable on time within the budget
  • Allocate project resources by ensuring their availability and manage the project teams to meet the project schedules and timelines
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders during the life cycle of a project and provide high quality customer service in order to maximize potential revenue 
  • Measure and report internal and external performance to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term projects
  • Act as vacation replacement in the team of project managers
  • Support other team members in the same region on projects cross-product and cross-project

Qualifications

  • Relevant educational background and a minimum of 2-3 year’s work experience as a Project Manager in the international hotel, travel or hospitality IT software space is a must
  • Working knowledge of PMS and POS products 
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of PMS and POS products
  • Prioritization ninja with ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills
  • Well-structured, loyal and initiative person with a get-it-done attitude
  • Team Player capability
  • Flexibility and adaptability in customer change requests and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in Smartsheet, Saviom, ZoHo, Jira, or equivalent project management software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English. Spanish and multi-lingual beneficial
  • PMP, Agile or Prince II Certification strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time both domestically (in Spain) and internationally
