Job Description

·         Take care of the overall installation and updates of Concept SPA SW

·         Install and configure Spa software/PMS interfaces for third party vendors

·         Troubleshooting network related issues

·         Installation of backup solutions

·         Perform health checks on Concept SPA system

·         Provide detailed reports and create documentation on new installation processes

·         Provide suggestions or make modifications to existing documentation to improve quality installations

·         Provide high quality customer care while performing installation services and support of customers’ systems

Qualifications

·         Preferred with University Degree and have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Hospitality Business background or working record in a similar role

·         Experience with hotel property management systems & passion for the Hospitality industry as our customers' passion to serve their guests

·         Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required

·         Proficiency in SQL/SQLPLUS, Microsoft Office

·         knowledge of spa software will be beneficial

·         Ability to roll up sleeves for direct client support

·         Ability to quickly learn the company’s various IT solutions; and able to handle system installation

·         Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, new technologies & products

·         Well-organized, analytical and empathetic person with a get-it-done attitude

·         Fluent in English and one additional language of the region

·         Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific region
