To support our HR Team, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to maintain the HR procedures and processes to cover the whole employee lifecycle stages from recruitment to offboarding. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees and report to the VIce President of Human Recources Shiji Group - EMEA.

Job Description

 

  • Manage personal administration, ensuring proper management of personnel documents, providing employees with all information regarding their employment

  • Oversee and manage all HR records, manage our internal HRIS systems and administrate Payroll on a timely and accurate basis

  • Create training plans and professional development plans for the organization's employees based on the needs reported by managers, market offer and taking into account the company's strategies

  • Manage recruitment campaigns, be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy and talent management initiatives within the company

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention

  • Design and implement company wider policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

  • Partner with employees and management to communicate and implement various HR policies procedures and standards that comply with labor regulations across EMEA region

  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a comparable position, preferably in a fast-paced growing company 
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • HR allrounder who enjoys a mixture of operational topics, project management and business partnering
  • Solid understanding of German labor legislation, other EMEA countries are beneficial
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Good planning, coordination and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on mentality and get-it-done attitude are a must
  • Ability to operate in the multicultural environment
  • People oriented, empathetic and results driven
  • Fluent in English and German 
  • MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
