Job Description

You will be joining our team in Atlanta, in the role you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and ultimately testing Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Management System (PMS) applications to gateway and acquiring hosts. As part of your role you will be exposed to the latest payments’ technology like Chip and PIN, encryption technologies, large scale payment processing, contactless payments, etc. You will be exposed to Agile Scrum environment that is used across the whole company so that all aspects of the Product development cycle can be agile to support the business strategy.

In the role you will support team members based in the US, Europe and Asia. A reasonable degree of time flexibility will be required to effectively manage teams across the multiple time zones. In addition to this, excellent verbal and written English skills are imperative to the success of the position.

  • Work within the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
  • Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of QA Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Review performance of systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgrade requirements.
  • Benchmark, analyze, and make recommendations for the improvement of the systems.
