To support our Global Marketing Team, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist focused on email marketing, email automation and digital ad management (SEM/SEA).

Job Description

 You will be responsible for building and managing engaging, and memorable newsletters as well as creating and optimising email drip marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for the overall growth of digital advertising across all channels Search, Retargeting, Display, Social Media Advertising. In this role you will explore new channels, optimise existing channels, manage budgets and localise global and regional targeting. The role also includes working with and managing agencies when necessary.  

Your input will be key to the success of the marketing campaigns, and you need to fully own your area as well as fit well into an agile team. Based in Barcelona (or in any of our European offices), you will prize agility, campaign performance and attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines, have an analytical mind, and a positive can-do attitude. 

·       Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content

·       Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email and content

·       Proactively liaise with internal teams to produce engaging copy 

·       Support the marketing team and wider business as and when required. 

·       Collaborate with copywriters, designers, product marketing, sales, and external industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our audience

·       Optimize ROI of all paid digital marketing by measuring, managing, and analysing performance

·       Assisting on the creation of marketing materials and workflows (banners, e-mailings, landing pages) working closely with the Design Team

 

Qualifications

·       At least 2 years' experience in email marketing and digital ad management 

·       Degree in marketing, communications, business or similar

·       Enthusiasm for marketing and hospitality tech 

·       Native English speaker, other languages are a plus 

·       Experience with marketing automation software (Zoho, HubSpot, Pardot or similar) and HTML 

·       Highly analytical mindset, you’re able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing
