We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Global Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for driving lead generation activities in the region across all marketing channels.

Job Description

  • Build and execute marketing strategy for EMEA region with clear focus on pipeline generation, budget optimization and integration into global programs and activities
  • Prepare and monitor the EMEA marketing budget on an annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Manage agency and contractor relationships and joined initiatives with other business’ partners
  • Develop, implement, and optimizee lead generation programs across channels leveraging full marketing mix including tactics such as webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, account-based demand generation strategies and inbound marketing
  • Liaise with global marketing department such as Product Marketing, Operations, Events and Creative agency
  • Lead the setup and management of marketing automation solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in better nurturing leads, increasing conversion rates to marketing qualified leads, and improving the integrity of the overall database and growing the subscribers database

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years experience in B2B marketing and SaaS solutions
  • experience in hospitality marketing
  • Proven experience planning and executing lead and demand gen tactics including inbound marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media
  • Experience in collaboration with Sales Department to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers journey
  • Ability to work independently and as a key member of multiple teams
  • Experience in marketing automation (ideally with Zoho Campaigns)
  • Plus: German and/or Spanish
