To support our ReviewPro team, we are looking for a highly organized Billing specialist to join our Finance team. This position is an exciting opportunity for a multilingual professional within fast growing team. This role reports directly to Collections & Billing Team leader and will have great visibility cross-departmentally across all functions of the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising daily invoice batch
• Approving sales orders consistently with company policies
• Managing disputes related to payments, invoices and contract management
• Processing renewals opportunities and releasing of renewals orders
• Checking renewal orders in the system for accuracy

• Detail orientation and sense accuracy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle pressure
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Microsoft Office and Excel
• Previous work experience in a similar position highly valued
• Bonus but not a must- Knowledge of SalesForce
