Job Description

To support our global Product team, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced Product Specialist to manage multiple POS hardware units and peripherals portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage product lifecycle for Shiji hardware portfolio which includes creating and maintaining distribution, training, support programs, and sunset policies. 
  • Lead development of marketing programs, collateral, enablement and other required selling tools to support all hardware commercialization efforts.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies working with product, customers and sales teams and define the product strategy based on the detailed marketplace. assessments, competitive assessments, technology, and industry shifts, and budget.
  • Define and be accountable for the product metrics that monitor progress and success within the business plans and conduct win/loss analysis.
  • Assist product and market expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and seminars.

 

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Relevant educational background and proven work experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the hospitality, retail or F&B industry
  • Strong presentation and organization skills in projects and plans
  • Recent experience or excellent understanding of mobile hardware and operating systems and Windows ® PC based platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English – Chinese language could be a big plus
  • Get it done attitude in complex conditions
  • Ability to travel both domestic and international

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Pragmatic Marketing ® Level 1 or higher
  • Previous experience supporting hospitality POS products
