To support our Global Services team, we’re looking for an experienced and agile Senior Project Manager to take ownership of Shiji Global Project Deployments and to develop project management plans and strategies which will ensure successful delivery, on time and in the budget.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of projects in order to plan and implement them for all Shiji products globally
• Manage the defined project budget and guide multiple regional project teams in order to escalate to proper resources
• Act as the point of contact among for senior management, hotels & distribution partners (clients), team members and various critical departments within the organization
• Constantly maximize revenue potential with all customers by providing high-quality consultancy and maintaining win-win relationships with new and existing clients 
• Measure and report internal and external performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant educational background and proven work experience as a project manager preferably in the international hotel, travel or hospitality IT software and technology space.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office and in Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management collaboration software.
• Prioritization ninja with the ability to multi-task and outstanding organizational skills
• A customer-oriented, initiative person with a get-it-done attitude and innovative ideas
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of enterprise PMS, POS, and other hospitality technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, other languages are beneficial
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time both domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

PMP, Agile or Prince II Certification strongly preferred
