To support our ReviewPro team, we are looking for a Renewal & Billing Specialist. This position is an exciting opportunity for a young, multilingual professional who is interested in the hospitality industry. You will collaborate with other teams such as sales, customer success, legal on daily basis.

Main Responsibilities

• Processing Renewals opportunities and releasing of renewals orders
• Managing disputes related to payments, invoices and contract management
• Driving increase of renewal value by chasing outstanding payments of contracts to be renewed
• Checking renewal orders in the system for accuracy

• Detail orientation and sense accuracy
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle pressure at quarter closing
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous work experience in a similar position highly valued
