Job Description

To support our SnapShot team in Berlin, we’re looking for a motivated Sales&Customer experience intern (m/f) to support our team in all interactions with both new and existing customers.

SnapShot is the first and largest hospitality independent data processing platform, helping both enterprise and individual hospitality organizations collect, harmonize and analyze data to better manage their businesses. As one of the largest hospitality data processors in the world, our data platform manages transactional data of over 6,000 independent and branded hotels worldwide with over 45 different connected PMS systems and growing.


  • Conduct accurately and effectively the daily tasks assigned by Sales Ops&CX
  • Be fully conversant with all Sales procedures and work flows and ensure that these are conducted
  • Handle all customer demo requests as well as other incoming requests (i.e. through Freshdesk) immediately and effectively and seek help/assistance where applicable
  • Deliver a successful onboarding experience for all customers through assessment of internal analytics, customer intelligence and live client interactions
  • Respond and appropriately escalate customer feedback for swift problem resolution and high customer satisfaction



  • Current hospitality or marketing student (or similar field)
  • A self-driven personality, able to work with minimal guidance and self-solve problems
  • A real passion for hospitality, travel and technology
  • Experience in a reservations or customer support environment is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage yourself to get things done with no prompting
  • Super-human problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus
