Shiji has become one of the leading manufacturers of hotel information systems, with a variety of recent investments into the European market. Shiji is gradually expanding from hotel to catering and retail industries, becoming the major software supplier to both industries. Shiji has also introduced consulting, IT solutions and data platform services. Meanwhile, Shiji is developing worldwide leading products and technologies aiming for the international market and speeding up its globalization progress. 

To support our growing HR Team and multiple subsidiaries globally, we’re looking for a HR Systems Partner with get-it-done attitude to develop, maintain and innovate our HR&Finance related systems to ensure business processes and workflows in our global organization contribute to the successful candidate&employee journey. 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Analyze our current HRIS systems, workflows and procedures and design improvement solutions to help Shiji operate more efficiently and effectively
• Build, implement, support and troubleshoot all modules and functionality of our HRIS systems (hiring, onboarding, compensation, benefits, time tracking, performance etc)
•  Define application problems, understand the needs and limitations and bring HR and IT together
• Train HRIS system users on functionalities and new features
• Partner with HR vendors for upgrades, enhancements and to maintain system availability
• Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases (for example, headcount and turnover reports)
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with databases and HR software
• Ability to perform accurate statistical analyses
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of data protection regulations
