Job Description

For our Spanish Infrasys team we’re looking for an experienced hospitality industry (Junior) Sales Executive (m/f) located in Barcelona and home-based.

The position

Shiji is looking for motivated and skilled (Junior) Sales Executive to best promote and sell Infrasys Cloud solutions to our local, regional and multinational clients. As a (Junior) Sales Executive for POS Software, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities and closing deals with new and existing clients
  • Analysis of market dynamics and identification of new potential customers
  • Building, prioritizing, and managing your own pipeline
  • Contract negotiations via phone, online or personal meetings, and coordination of complex decision-making processes to overcome objections capturing new business opportunities
  • Willingness to Travel and to participate in regional trade shows and sales events
  • Introducing the Shiji Product portfolio with a priority on the Infrasys Cloud platform.

Our new (Junior) Sales Executive should be results-oriented, with strong communication and telephone / online presentation skills. If you are hands-on, motivated, and get things done, we would love to get your application as soon as possible!

Qualifications

  • 2+ years sales experience selling software within the hospitality or F&B IT industry specially for hotels.
  • Cloud/SaaS business model experience and understanding.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills via phone and online.
  • A high degree of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Digital, ecommerce experience and understanding of B2B dynamics.
  • Proven track record of matching or exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
  • Spanish, Catalan & English Fluency, French and Italian language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment supervision.
  • Availability for national and international travel.
