Job Description
As a Credit Officer in Shift’s Micro Business team you will primarily be responsible for assessing businesses with annual turnover of under $1.5million p.a. against Shifts policies and guidelines whilst delivering excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will do this with a solution-oriented focus and methodical process whilst operating with a sense of urgency while working in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications
How you will make a difference
- Thorough understanding of the bank statement connection processes
- A track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Skills that set you apart
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Strong diagnostic and cognitive skills
- Familiar with business / commercial lending products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities /Duties:
- Assess customers against the appropriate policies and guidelines.
- Ensure that all data used to assess the credit of a customer are appropriately input to models assessments etc.
- Liaise with broker customers as appropriate to obtain information as appropriate.
- Communicate outcomes to customers and brokers decisions in a clear and professional manner.
