Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial products and a knack for driving client success? Join us as a Senior Product Manager and take the lead in shaping the future of our debt and credit products for Micro, Established SME, and Corporate clients.

What you’ll do: 

  • Take ownership of the financial performance of our Overdraft Products. Ensure they meet performance metrics and recommend enhancements to features, policy, or pricing.
  • Ensure our products exceed client expectations and foster strong client advocacy.
  • Keep our product suite relevant and valuable to our distribution channels.
  • Play a key role in forecasting, volume, and revenue planning.
  • Update product definitions, training materials, and knowledge bases while staying ahead of legal and regulatory changes. Develop new products and features that align with our strategic goals and user needs. 

Qualifications

What you’ll bring: 

  • Strong background in financial services and B2B environments, with a deep understanding of working capital cycles. Experience integrating new technologies into product features is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Capable of managing multiple priorities and facilitating impactful solutions.
  • High integrity, autonomy, and relationship-building skills. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable knowledge.
