The expert will support the Team Leader, manage day-to-day coordination, maintain communication with line ministries and local authorities, monitor work planning and document flow, and support quality tracking across all packages. S/he shall ensure the timely completion and quality of outputs. 

• Master's degree in civil engineering, project management, construction management, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 17 years of overall professional experience with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience in detailed engineering design for roads, bridges and transportation projects.
• Experience in at least 3 projects as a Deputy Team Leader
• 7 years of proven experience working on projects financed by MDB (ADB, the World Bank) or international development partners.
• Knowledge of the government’s planning cycle, procurement procedures and financial management mechanisms is essential.
• Good written and oral communications skills in English.
