Sheladia Associates is seeking a Senior Contract/ Claim Specialist to join our team for the Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of Port Access Elevated Highway Project in Sri Lanka. This is an on-going assignment with an immediate start date upon approval from our Client.

The individual will be responsible for the following duties:

• Evaluate and settle variations and standard format of claims.
• Guide the employer in case of disputes by the contractor on claims settlement

• Must have BSc in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in road works, contracts administration including FIDIC yellow book. 
• Previous experience in working on donor funded projects (World Bank, Asian Development Bank etc)
