Advice and Training: Provide clear, pragmatic regulatory advice and guidance to the business, supporting appropriate interpretation and application of regulatory requirements while reinforcing first-line accountability. Oversee regulatory awareness activity and the management of relevant regulatory permissions, ensuring material changes or concerns are appropriately identified and escalated.
Regulatory Governance: Provide clear and insightful Regulatory Compliance reporting to relevant governance forums, highlighting material risks, breaches, regulatory developments, trends and areas requiring management attention. Analyse regulatory issues and themes to support effective root cause identification, inform Group change programmes and drive proportionate improvements to business practices and the control environment.
