Role: Site Supervisor
Location: Limerick
Due to continued growth, new contracts, and project extensions, Shareridge is hiring an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to join our expanding operations in Limerick.
As a Site Supervisor with Shareridge, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of utilities and public realm projects in Limerick, playing a key role in ensuring high-quality works are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Oversee the day-to-day running of site operations across utilities and public realm works
Coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant project stakeholders
Ensure project deadlines, milestones, and programme requirements are achieved
Supervise civil engineering, utility installation, reinstatement, and public realm works
Maintain a high standard of quality control across all site activities
Manage labour timesheets, supplier records, site records, and HSQE documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Site Supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of utilities, civil engineering works, traffic management, and public realm delivery is desirable
Proven background in utilities, public realm, roadworks, reinstatement, drainage, or heavy civils projects
Up-to-date training, including Safe Pass and Manual Handling; additional relevant tickets are advantageous
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication, reporting and coordination abilities
