Role: Utilities and Compliance Administrator 

Location: Limerick 

Due to continued growth, new?contracts?and extensions Shareridge has an exciting opportunity for a Utilities and Compliance Administrator?at our office in Limerick. You will join our experienced team supporting our projects across the country.

Training will be provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures 

  • Request and obtain utility records from service providers (water, gas, electricity, telecoms) 

  • Maintain a structured database of utility records and correspondence within the company’s online system  

  • Distribute utility information to project teams in a timely and efficient manner 

  • Track requests and follow up with utility providers to avoid delays 

  • Highlight missing, unclear, or high-risk utility data to project teams 

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems 

  • Knowledge of civil engineering and utilities is an advantage  

  • Basic understanding of utility mapping is desirable  

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative  

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
