Role: Reinstatement Supervisor

Location: Kilkenny

Due to continued growth, new contracts, and project extensions, Shareridge is hiring an experienced and reliable Reinstatement Supervisor to join our expanding civil engineering teams across the Southeast Region. You’ll be working on a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, playing a key role in delivering high-quality works on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day reinstatement activities across multiple sites
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise reinstatement crews and ensure quality of all works
• Monitor project timelines and ensure completion targets are met
• Maintain site and reporting documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in public road work construction or similar is essential
• Proven experience working with subcontractors
• Strong working knowledge of Traffic Management requirements
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good IT capabilities
• Full Irish driving licence required
