Job Description
The Programmatic Job Distribution Campaign Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing programmatic job board distribution strategies. In addition, this role is responsible for evaluating and proposing job boards for campaigns, optimizing bids based on performance and activity, and preparing detailed reporting and managing media buys to meet client goals, including focusing on hard-to-fill roles. The position involves collaborating with co-workers and clients on optimized campaigns and recommendations and results.
Responsibilities
- Manage job board specific programmatic campaigns while troubleshooting campaign delivery and performance issues.
- Oversee and management of programmatic job board distribution; real-time data monitoring and analysis.
- Conduct full analysis of campaign performance, optimizations, troubleshoot issues as necessary, and issues (etc.) as you provide daily breakdown to management of ways to improve campaign performance.
- Work with internal teams to provide clients with programmatic media recommendations and optimization strategies that align with client objectives.
- Prepare highly detailed reports and presentations to present in front of clients to foster optimum transparency on results.
- Set up campaigns prior to launch date.
- Foster expertise in media technology-buying platforms and analytic tools.
- Navigate through various third-party systems to complete monthly billing documentation.
- Provide timely feedback to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Full-time role, Monday–Friday
- 1-4 years of professional experience
- Familiarity with data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree
- High-level detail orientation
- Strong affinity and passion for working with numbers and charts
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Excel

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000
