Job Description
As part of our Client Implementation Team in Berlin, you'll support our team in connecting new and existing B2B customers to our systems and processes. You'll get hands-on exposure to how technical integration projects run day-to-day while helping the team work smarter through automation.
Your focus will be on streamlining internal processes — from automating repetitive tasks to building AI-supported bots for our internal (integration) workflows. It's a great opportunity to combine an interest in logistics/tech with practical automation and AI experience.
The essence of your role
- Support the team with daily project tasks across active client integrations.
- Identify and automate repetitive or manual processes within our integration workflows.
- Build and test AI-powered bots to support internal (integration) processes.
- Assist with configuration and testing of internal systems and interfaces (no programming required, but technical curiosity helps).
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to bring creative, practical solutions to process bottlenecks.
Qualifications
This is what you need to succeed
- Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g. Business Informatics, IT, Logistics, or similar).
- Good understanding of processes to break them down for automation.
- Solution-oriented and creative mindset with technical/IT affinity, with an interest in automation tools and workflows.
- Some experience with or strong interest in AI (e.g. using AI tools, building simple bots/scripts with Claude AI and Make.com).
- Speaking German and having experience in eCommerce is a plus
