Our Carrier Operations teams are central to Seven Senders’ success in running our last-mile carrier network across Europe. The Greater Europe team oversees more than 15 parcel carriers across Italy, Switzerland, Iberia, the Nordics, the British Isles, and Poland.

As a working student, you will report directly to the team lead and be based in Berlin.

The essence of your role:

• Support daily carrier operations, including pallet injections timely processing of parcels 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis and proactively follow up on outbound and inbound deviations
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Integration, Freight Forwarding, and Claims & Resolution teams

This is what you need to succeed:

• Enrollment at a German university, with availability for a part-time role (20 hours/week) for at least 12 months
• Academic background in logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Solid Excel skills and a strong affinity for data analysis
• Fluency in English (C1 level); additional proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus
