Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to own the growth and success of our customs solution in the market. This is a hybrid role that combines business development, project management, and product expertise. You will work closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and Product teams to bring new clients on board and make sure our customs offering keeps getting better.
Qualifications
The essence of your role
- Own the success of our customs solution as a product, managing its performance and growth in the market.
- Guide clients from initial prospecting through to successful implementation, making sure every stage runs smoothly.
- Join client meetings with the Sales team as a subject matter expert, showcasing the value of our customs solution.
- Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Managers to design and deliver custom solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Contribute ideas to improve our customs SaaS application, working closely with the Product team to stay competitive and aligned with customer needs.
This is what you need to succeed
- Experience in business development, project management, or account management; a background in logistics, customs, or a related field is a big plus
- Fluency in German (C1+) and English is required, as you will be communicating with clients and our customs team daily
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and drive them to completion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and convince across different levels
- A proactive, results-driven approach and a genuine sense of ownership over the work you do
