Job Description

Are you a dynamic and versatile marketer passionate about creating compelling content, driving digital performance, and supporting impactful B2B initiatives in a fast-paced environment? 

We’re looking for a new team member to join our marketing team and take our digital and B2B strategies to the next level. In this role, you’ll optimize our website, craft engaging online content, enable sales initiatives, and organize events that connect with our audience and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Optimize, update, and oversee our websites (by using WordPress) to ensure exceptional user experience and growth.
  • Implement SEO best practices and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
  • Develop engaging landing pages (in our CMS) and create other short-form (online) content
  • Collaborate with sales to create email marketing campaigns and personalized initiatives to support the customer funnel and convert prospects.
  • Organize and execute fairs and events to engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in managing websites ensures an exceptional user experience (ideally in B2B or SaaS) and growth.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, ideally SEO tools like Ahrefs, and content management/CRM systems such as WordPress, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
  • Previous involvement in sales campaigns and event organization initiatives.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English(C1/C2); French is a plus.
