Job Description
ServiceNow is seeking a strategic, results-driven Client Director to manage a few strategic accounts in the FSI sector. In this role, you will own the end-to-end commercial health, relationship management, and growth of a dedicated portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, aligning our SaaS platform with their core business goals to drive high adoption, secure renewals, and expand annual recurring revenue.
You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients.
What you get to do in this role:
- Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between your customers and ServiceNow
- Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on each customer's strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams
- Oversee growth of global accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level
- Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 10+ years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities
- 5+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive- level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
- Experience exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading a virtual or matrixed team
- Must have an extensive background of dealing with large FSI companies.
- Understanding of broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
- Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region)
The role of Client Director is subject to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement of Trade Sector (CCNL) and will be classified as DIRIGENTE . For such role we offer an initial gross base pay of EUR (from 122,130 to 173,340). This role will also be eligible for the Company's corporate commission incentive leading to a target gross annual OTE of EUR (from 244,260 to 346,680) and whose specific amount depends on the company and individual performance and is determined in accordance with company's plans from time to time in force and which the company may change in the course of the employment and of which you will be informed in advance. Please note that the final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's experience, skills, competence, qualifications and work location in relation to the offered position, as well as relevant indications from the CCNL, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria.
