Develop industry-specific technical plays (financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, public sector, telecommunications) that articulate ServiceNow's unified Autonomous IT value across IT automation, event management, cloud operations, IT resilience, and AIOps
Lead Autonomous IT enablement programs: onboarding, continuous upskilling, and gap closure for SCs and pre-sales engineers across EMEA geographies
Foster a thriving Autonomous IT specialist community by curating best practices, customer insights, technical assets, and providing always-on coaching on complex customer scenarios, competitive positioning, and technical validation
Engage directly in large, complex customer deals to understand EMEA market trends, customer pain points, and competitive dynamics; translate insights into field enablement and product positioning recommendations
Coach deal teams and hiring managers on Autonomous IT strategy, technical validation, and value articulation for transformational opportunities
Lead development and evolution of Autonomous IT-specific assets: technical deep dives, industry use cases, competitive positioning, solution design templates, demo environments, and industry playbooks
Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA pre-sales, Sales, Product, and Enablement to align go-to-market strategies and drive Autonomous IT portfolio growth
Measure and report on Autonomous IT pre-sales practices, assets, and enablement effectiveness; iterate based on feedback and market data
Represent EMEA pre-sales in global Autonomous IT CoE forums and contribute to shaping global standards for Autonomous IT solution consulting excellence
Influence product direction by acting as the voice of the field, working directly with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize roadmap investments based on customer feedback.
