Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that streamline business operations. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable applications and integrations across HR Service Delivery, Workplace Service Delivery, and Employee Center modules.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations to automate and enhance business processes.
- Configure and customize platform components such as forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and reports.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Share technical knowledge and provide support to team members, contributing to a collaborative development environment.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support solution adoption.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively during team meetings and project reviews.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in ServiceNow development with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API within the ServiceNow environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration methods and third-party system connectivity.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
