Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Build differentiated storytelling messaging and positioning to position ServiceNow as the leader in enterprise security and AI governance
- Develop programs and create buyer journey content that fuels ambitious product growth
- Support product launches and major releases to drive customer adoption
- Partner closely with product owners and development teams to help shape future product vision and refine the customer value proposition
- Engage closely with customer marketing to deliver compelling customer stories
- Collaborate with customers and partners to deliver elite public facing presentations grounded in outcomes and impact
- Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and content needed to effectively communicate product value to customers
- Help Campaign Directors and other corporate marketing Program Managers to coordinate various marketing programs and activities to achieve pipeline goals
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and strategy
Qualifications

- Passion for embracing new ideas and experimenting with innovative approaches to achieving business goals
- Strong experience designing, developing and implementing insight-driven, content-led marketing campaigns working with the business and marketing leadership
- Excellent communication and story-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; a true relationship builder
- 8+ years of enterprise software and B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience running large-scale programs and operations
- Experience with go-to-market and product launch
- Experience with digital content and campaigns
- Experience in selling or marketing enterprise security software a strong plus
- 10-15% travel
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $189,100 - $331,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
