Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the EMEA GTM Activation team and support the region’s success by delivering data-driven insights and supporting key strategic initiatives. This role will focus on delivering key strategic insights and recommendations that enable better decision-making and help shape our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. 

The successful candidate will work across workflows (WFs), strategic initiatives, and other EMEA priorities, collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders. This role comes with the opportunity to contribute to transformation and help accelerate growth beyond our core business 

In this role you will:

  • Own and support the design, activation, execution and scaling of strategic GTM initiatives aligned with our growth strategy to embed best practice, sure consistency & scalability  

  • Gather, analyse and interpret data on market trends, competitive landscape, customer segments and business performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement 

  • Apply segmentation approaches to customer, strategy, and campaign data to generate actionable insights that guide targeting, prioritisation, and GTM decision-making  

  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that translate data into actionable insights for GTM leaders and stakeholders 

  • Partner with stakeholders from across the business to effectively design & activate strategic, cross-functional change aligned to our growth strategy 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, Operations and Customer Success, to drive and support integrated go-to-market activities and initiatives. 

  • Work closely with the broader EMEA GTM Activation team to identify and address opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Go-to-market supporting adoption of best practices from across geographies and industries 

  • Track progress of initiatives, monitor key metrics and outcomes, contribute to executive-level presentations with clear, concise summaries of findings and recommendations 

Qualifications

What we are looking for in this role... 

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with exposure to Field Sales organisations and / or GTM functions in a matrixed sales environment, in enterprise software 

  • Experience working with cross-functional, multicultural teams, ideally in high-growth organizations  

  • Embody a growth-mindset, with a drive to learn new skills and content areas 

  • Energetic, proactive, and outcomes-focused, with a drive to make an impact 

  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation and problem solving skills 

  • Strong Program Management skills, including the ability to manage complex initiatives and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations  

  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Anaplan or similar). 

  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  

  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder group
