The Territory Partner Manager is assigned to a defined regional territory and plays a key role in driving growth within the Danish Partner Community by enabling and co-selling our full AI platform to support digital transformation.
This role requires the ability to work across multiple business domains and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will partner closely with Field Sales, Solution Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales, and the Customer Outcomes teams to ensure seamless, customer-focused collaboration across our diverse partner ecosystem.
What you get to do in this role:
- Drive GTM strategy and executions for the Danish market by aligning partner plans with demand generation and sales engagement priorities.
- Develop partner business and account plans, manage expectations, and drive growth through focused industry, regional, and product strategies.
- Align partner targets, capacity planning, and growth investments with a clear roadmap for achievement and performance
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by assessing readiness, tracking partner milestones, leading roadmap sessions, and monitoring ecosystem health, tiering progress, acquisitions, and performance metrics.
- Strengthen governance through stakeholder communication, execution planning, performance reporting, dashboarding, and global alignment across regions
- Lead regular pipeline reviews, QBRs, EBCs, and operational excellence initiatives to ensure alignment between partners and ServiceNow executives
- Collaborate with select ServiceNow partners to drive new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure successful project delivery across all sales segments.
- Develop and execute capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to sell the value of the Now Platform and to deliver successful customer implementations with high degrees of customer success via proper competencies, certifications, and committed co-delivery plan.
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute joint demand generation initiatives, including Partner Prospecting Days, CxO Roundtables, and co-hosted events.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Preferably 5-8+ years in channel sales or channel alliances, supporting a diverse set of strategic partner types. Recognizing that the right mindset and skills outweigh tenure.
- Strong ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to partner specialists.
- Deep understanding of the critical success factors that enable partnerships to thrive across diverse business models, preferably grounded in hands-on experience working with or within these different models.
- Strong ability to perform in fluid environments, executing effectively within a high-performance culture—skilled at seamlessly shifting between administrative tasks and strategic advisory responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures—such as business planning governance and enablement frameworks—to ensure consistency and drive growth.
- Execute and deliver on regional pipeline and revenue targets aligned with partner strategies, while providing quarterly forecast insights on priority deals to enhance visibility.
- Effectively communicate partner program requirements and benefits across the entire ecosystem.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Partner Operations and Partner Enablement to ensure reporting and best practice is being executed
- Articulate investment areas needed to both enter and progress through the partner program
- Participate in Marketing Events
- Approximately 10% travel
