Job Description

We are seeking a Risk Transformation Lead to drive automation and process improvements for our Audit, Risk, and Control Assurance teams out of our Costa Rica office.

 

In this role, you will:

• Lead technical and process transformation, bridging business needs with internal technology teams

• Own and manage the digital transformation roadmap for our stakeholders, ensuring seamless automation solutions

• Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and customer journey optimization

• Oversee solution deployment, including risk management, change management, and communication

• Collaborate with business, design, engineering, and product teams to enhance digital experiences

• Work within an Agile framework, ensuring successful project execution across teams

• Present recommendations to management to influence long-term digital strategies

• Support user acceptance testing and build proof-of-concept solutions with engineering teams

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

 5+ years within Technical Program Management, Business Systems Analysis, Business Analysis or an equivalent role with

experience working directly with internal customers to drive value realization through automation

• Preferably has experience working with Risk, SOX, Compliance or Internal Audit stakeholders but not required

• Passion for innovation, automation, and process optimization with proven track record of successful delivery

• Strong automation background and business process improvement experiences

• Skilled in investment prioritization for future growth

• Expertise in business analysis, process documentation, gap analysis and translating to technical requirements

• Proven track record in managing complex technical projects

• Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams and presenting to management

• Willingness to take on dynamic challenges beyond core responsibilities

• Enjoys developing impactful automation solutions that enhance stakeholder experiences and drives meaningful value
