ServiceNow is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales solution consultant to join our Global Partnerships and Channels (GPC) team as a Service Provider Specialist for our top global partners. A Service Provider Specialist is a ServiceNow expert who works with our top partners to design and architect embedded solutions powered by the Now platform. These architectures must adhere to ServiceNow technical best practices and be informed of common architecture principals. The Service Provider Specialist owns the technical architecture and roadmap for the solutions being designed. You’ll help design MVP requirements and solution prototypes for new embedded solutions in collaboration with the ServiceNow GPC team and your counterparts in the Partner Solution Consulting organization. You’ll be evaluated on metrics such as the number of new solutions, published architectures, and revenue growth by embedded solution. You’ll deliver artifacts including solution briefs, case studies, and solution architectures.
This is a top-level individual contributor role, with commensurate expectations of performance, professionalism, integrity, and problem-solving skills.

- Identifying, leading and contributing to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, technology days, “lunch and learns” etc.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 7+ years of Solution Consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business, IT, or communications
- A current ServiceNow advanced certification (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist-SP, Certified Master Architect, Certified Technical Architect)
- Working knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing
- Experience and understanding of multiple technical domains - application, data, integration, big data, mobility, analytics, etc.
- Excellent understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include XaaS, SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation
- Execution focus – proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Nimble learning – ability to quickly grasp the essence of new issues and concepts
- Collaboration – the ability to work across teams in a highly matrixed organization
- Influence – the ability to navigate complex partner organizations, identify stakeholders and power players, and build credibility and trust with them
- Bias for action – someone who addresses new opportunities and challenges quickly
- Business acumen – strong understanding of how consulting firms, IT service providers and business process outsourcers make money, as well as the industry pressures they face
- Ability to work with a highly diverse set of partners, identify and respond to the unique needs of each one, with minimal guidance/supervision
Experience that will help you stand out:
- Previous pre-sales experience working with BPOs, SIs, and top tier consultancies
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow technologies such as CSM, Domain Separation, TPSM and Service Bridge
- Experience building and launching service provider solutions
- Prioritization and focus - ability to cover a complex territory that may include 12 or more partners, quickly triage/identify which partners will generate the most revenue
- Experience with the ServiceNow product suite or competitive product suites highly desirable
- ServiceNow development experience
