Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic manager to join the Employee Workflows Strategic Operations team to drive strategic priorities and operational excellence across the Product organization. Our team works in business analysis & operations, project management, and strategy. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to gain or extend your experience in strategy, planning, business analysis, project management, and operations at a high-growth enterprise software company.
The candidate will report to a senior member of the team and work closely with other team members to directly contribute to our overall success. You must have relentless curiosity and very strong analytical skills. You will use data to solve complex business and product problems, design and drive strategic analysis, and contribute to annual operating plans.

What you get to do in this role:
Be a key team member embedded in the strategic operations team across the Workflow. Exposure to senior leaders of the product business unit.
Partner with the Product leadership team on a variety of efforts. Provide deep understanding and supporting data of business performance, customer behavior, and product to inform business decision-making and influence product roadmaps.
Own key data models and analytics infrastructure in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
Model business initiatives leveraging key metrics: revenue, customers, costs, investments, industry trends, roadmap
Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, conduct analyses, and suggest recommendations all in high-quality output (written and oral)
Manage initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence across our portfolio, in partnership with stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution
Program-manage cross-functional initiatives and programs including coordinating day-to-day activities, identifying risks, and hosting regular update meetings
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred
6+ years of relevant work experience preferably in tech strategy/ops functions, management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or investment banking
Top-notch data analytics and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize.
Effective communicator both verbally and in writing; comfortable in business and technical discussions; excellent English skills required
Ability to gain and maintain an intimate understanding of the business’ key drivers, proactively proposing ways to increase business performance and efficiency.
Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is a big plus
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from strategy, inception, through to execution a major plus
Knowledge of the SaaS space and business model is preferred
