Job Description

  • Communicate product priorities and build consensus

  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance the user journey and end-user satisfaction
  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide detailed solution roadmap &  execution timelines
  • Use EQ and awareness to develop effective evangelize methods that convey a clear understanding of different audience needs
  • Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence & motivate cross-functional teams

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years of software product management experience
  • Understanding and experience in Conversational Interfaces, Generative AI, NLU, call flow development, and shared user experiences across all channels will stand out positively
  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high impact activities
  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
  • Self-awareness, accountability, and an ability to hold others accountable as partners is a must-have for this role
  • Proven adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining balance in living life outside of work
  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Drive solution vision through big-picture, visionary and strategic development cycles
  • Ability to serve as a team lead and coach employees at lower levels

For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $142,700 - $249,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
