Job Description

We are looking for a rock-star full-time MBA graduate to join us at ServiceNow. You will work on complex high-tech problems by undertaking research, designing and executing analysis, and helping frame and structure complex problems. You will work closely with other team members and stakeholders to accelerate our impact and directly contribute to our overall business strategy. IT Workflow  

Workflows turn IT into an engine for growth. Seize the upside of operational resilience and raise employee agility.  

We unite IT, risk management, and security operations on a single platform. Deliver modern, resilient services aligned to customer-centric priorities.   

Advanced Technology Group (ATG)  

A customer-focused innovation group building intelligent software and smart user experiences using existing and latest advanced technologies to enable end-to-end, industry-leading work experiences for customers.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a second-year MBA student with a Spring 2022 graduation date.   

  • Strategic mindset: able to drive product strategy that achieves substantial customer value and business outcomes; able to make trade-off decisions considering what’s desirable, viable, and technically feasible.  

  • Technically savvy with experience working with developers and designers to craft delightful customer experiences.  

  • Strong prioritization skills and the discipline to focus on high-impact activities.  

  • Top-notch written and oral communication skills.  

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a proven process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions.  

  • A track record of productive collaboration with engineers, designers, and other product managers and enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment.
